You are able to work alongside a new Store Manager as a true business partner to support the development of an aspirant functional team while continuing to drive the long term people agenda throughout the Leeds store, actively contributing to the growth of the business through people.

You are experienced with enabling change and are able to support and grow the store through a successful and exciting rebuild of the existing store whilst securing a consistent co-worker experience .

It is essential that:
You have strong proven leadership and influencing skills.
You have a strong business understanding with the customer in focus.
You are experienced in creating long term plans working in partnership with all business functions.
You naturally look for better ways of doing things, love to think differently when improving or developing the business and you always aim to create a better every day for our people .
