The Business steering department leads business steering and performance management for IKEA Range and Supply, with a flight tower approach and the aim of steering towards growth and a balanced business. Business steering at IKEA Range and Supply consists of the areas Business information, Business navigation, Range management and Project portfolio management.
As Business navigator in the Business steering department you take lead in performance management for one or more performance areas. You work actively to analyse business results, communicate with relevant stakeholders and initiate preventive and corrective actions. You contribute to performance reporting with fact-based insights and recommendations in a simple, clear and straight forward way. In your role as Business navigator you contribute to strategy development with fact-based analysis, build-up and implementation of KPI's and scorecards and goal setting. You are an active and trustworthy business partner to strategy owners and business leaders in all parts of IKEA Range and Supply.
In this assignment you will have a special focus on performance management and KPI's for the performance area Quality. You will lead with the development and implementation of quality measurements from production to customer home, always with the total quality experience of the customer in mind. You will cooperate with a wide network of stakeholders across IKEA.

· Strong analytical skills; having both a holistic business view and an eye for details
· Experience from working with steering, business controlling or business navigation in a global environment, preferably within retailing and/or quality
· Curiosity to find root causes and better ways of working
· Motivation to be an active and engaged business partner in a cross-functional environment
· Strong communication skills; with the ability to inspire and clarify
· Experience from working with Business information tools
