We are now looking for a Business Navigator, IKEA IMS, Malmö & Älmhult

Your assignment can be described as follows:
• Review and validate the reporting of value contributions and savings from the Categories and the countries
• Be involved in the business planning process
• Support the different functions on the IKEA IMS sites around the world
• Be involved in different projects following IKEA IMS Business plan
• Define and follow up KPI´s
• Support the steering of IKEA IMS business by tools, measurements and competence
• Product cost calculations
• Bring in the total cost view in to the business

This position is a global key function with IKEA IMS and your contribution is very important for the future of IKEA IMS. The job also gives you an excellent possibility to learn about IKEA and how the group works. You will be a member of the global Business Navigation Team at IKEA IMS

Is this a challenge for you?
You have a University Degree in finance (or equivalent) are fluent in English and have worked at least three years with Business Controlling/Navigation. You enjoy working with and analysing figures, have very good communication skills, both spoken and written, like to solve problems and are not afraid of digging into details.

You are willing to work in a team and bring a lot of energy and enthusiasm to your work. You also possess advanced computer knowledge, especially in Excel, and are strategic and analytical.

It is a permanent position. Our offices are located in Malmö and Älmhult. You are expected to be present in both offices.
