· Knowledge in the area of customer analytics.
· Background in understanding and exploring data with focus on customer insight.
· Knowledge and experience in business analysis, requirements engineering process and configuration management.
· Good knowledge within the assigned solution area, its roadmap, life cycle management as well as the IT solution/platform.
· Basic understanding of project and software lifecycle management.
· Have an understanding for IT and how IT can support business improvements and new ways of working.
About the Job
Business Solutions Retail & Expansion takes responsibility for all business solutions connected to the retail and expansion organisation. In close cooperation with our retailers, currently located in 28 markets worldwide, we develop new solutions and keep existing ones relevant and running. Our aim is to generate happy customers and happy co-workers, and by that contribute to our growth. Within our organisation we gather competences in solution management, project management, service management and architecture.
Currently, we are looking for Business Analysts to join us in Solution Area Amplify within the team Customer Insight with focus on Customer Analytics. The role will focus on finding and understanding data connected to customer interactions and behaviours. By understanding the data and being able to drive changes in processes, ways of working and IT landscape. It's about identifying customer insight, seeing new opportunities and drive the changes.
About the assignment
As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for, identifying, documenting and managing all business requirements for a solution, so that the solution meets the needs and expectations of the users, and other internal or external stakeholders.
In this role you will:
· Identify and understand customer behaviours by using multiple data sources.
· Analyse customer interactions to understand customer behaviours.
· Understand Business and marketing aspect in a big retailer.
· Create, update and drive changes to operation modules and ways of working within Business organisations.
· Support with definition and validation of design for business development activities (project & releases) in cooperation with the solution architect and vendor resources.
· Support BAT, UAT planning, preparation & execution, including test case definition and drive acceptance.
· Contribute to the creation of solution documentation in co-operation with process/business teams and IT vendors. Contribute to the creation of the ‘learning offer' for the solution including training materials and delivery of training.
