About you
We're looking for a candidate with experience in a similar position and working environment. You have a University degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or corresponding knowledge. You are fluent in spoken and written English.
We're looking for a candidate who havedemonstrated administrational ability, with excellent attention to detail and quality of work. With proficiency in MS Office you know how to get things done. Your strong relationship building and communication skills will ensure your success in partnering with the purchase team, stakeholders and suppliers. But equally your ability to multi-task, priorities and meet deadlines is important.You never hesitate to challenge and you think “out of the box”.

About the job
As a Business Administrator you will be part of our purchasing team within Region 4 where your main focus will be on supporting throughout the purchase process, in contract & supplier management and in user compliance follow up. The region consists of United Kingdom, France, Spain and Portugal.
About the assignment
Some of your work duties will be:
· Handling content (information about suppliers, products & services) in the order tool iShop/webshop.
· Working with following up user compliance; how well users utilize the IMS' contracts
· General administration related to purchasing.
· Building relationships with IMS teams, stakeholders, users and suppliers.
· Supporting purchasers with supplier management, by monitoring suppliers' performance and providing reports.
· Supporting a seamless P2P process, by training the suppliers and monitoring the performance.
