Payroll and Personnel Administration Coordinator

Job Role

In this role, you prove a technical and practical expertise in the oversight of personnel administration and payroll in accordance with the local legislations and corporate rules.

You coordinate payroll and personnel administration with a close collaboration with an external payroll provider.

You are a professional resource to management and employees to administer, implement and provide benefits and payroll-related communications to employees.

You establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation, and you are responsible for pro-active employee relations.

A day in your life with us

Personnel administration

·  Ensure maintenance of employments, terminations, employees’ changes like salary review, bonuses, contract, position and hours evolutions.
·  Maintain personnel files with the completeness of the required documents according the local legislation and internal rules.
·  Administrate and manage distrains and disciplinary procedures, work closely with the legal advisors.
·  Ensure compliance with the law in regards to the law of People with Disabilities.

Payroll activities

·  Collect all initial payroll documents and handle monthly schedules and Form 76.
·  Oversee processing of monthly payroll and maintain the payroll data. Collaborate with the external payroll partner.
·  Maintain payroll guidelines to ensure adequate internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and local legislation.

Reporting and System support

·  Maintain in-house HR systems
·  Provide regular and ad-hoc reports with established KPIs.
·  Lead and coordinate the HR internal and external audits.
Qualification

Who are you?

·  Previous experience in personnel administration and payroll minimum 2 years
·  University degree
·  Working level of English
·  Ability to multitask and work hard
·  Must be very detail oriented and possess strong organizational and follow up skills​
·  Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service
