About the role:
In this role you will lead the team that are partners for our Business Customers, working to make IKEA the first choice for local businesses whilst securing sales turnover and profitability.

This role offers a competitive salary starting at €42000 per annum dependent on experience. Medical & dental cover
You will work 39 hours per week over 5 days including evenings and alternate weekends.

Who we are looking for:
• You know the IKEA range, services offer and local market and use your
knowledge to promote the IKEA for Business offer.
• You lead by example and understand that our business grows when our co-
workers grow.
• You can collaborate with others to co-create but are comfortable taking the
initiative and making decisions when necessary.

Essentials:

What will you be doing:
• You will lead the IKEA for Business team by developing, coaching and
challenging your co-workers.
• You will anaylse sales and other KPI’s using your findings to create and
implement action plans to improve performance and deliver market business
plan goals.
• You will build long lasting relationships with local business communities and
actively spread awareness of IKEA as a brand and partner for business in your
local market.
