Job description

As a Test leader you will be responsible  

You will secure alignment and close cooperation with Intelligent Automation development teams.

More specifically, in this role you will be accountable for:

·  Ensure IA Test capabilities and capacity
·  Develop and lead test methodologies and common ways of working
·  The direct leadership of testers and development of the team
·  Ensure that test methods from new and modified requirements are supported by available test instructions
·  Perform testing, make assessments, draw conclusions, and validate test data/results.
·  Establishing a knowledge seeking testing culture at ITL, focusing on product development testing
·  Ensure readiness for all type of tests (UT, System, Performance and UAT)
·  Communicate effectively with Development leaders and Business Analysts.
·  Ensure that all test phases have appropriate entry / exit criteria and for monitoring achievement of these criteria and for obtaining sign-off against these prior to Go Live
·  Manage business stakeholders’ involvement, demo and expectations
·  Ensure accurate test execution and tracking

In this role you will report to our Planning Manager in Data & Technology at IKEA Supply contributing to the Inter IKEA planning framework and delivering on the needs of IKEA Supply.

·  Proven experience from development or testing environment
·  Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams
·  Experience in performing Intelligent Automation (RPA, Chatbot & Apps) related test automation, scenario testing, scripting, and testing.
·  You have solid background in test process and methodology in several projects and programs.
·  You have been in the same or equivalent role for at least 4-5 years

We expect you to have a very good knowledge of IT and digital organizations, working methods about test management with the relevant experience and track record.

You can set directions, follow-up and secure plans.

You provide strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
