My name is Kajsa Wikman Eek and I´m the team manager for HR systems team at HR Service Centre in Älmhult. I´m looking for a colleague that can join our team. We work with different HR Systems to support our Swedish IKEA companies. (Ingka Group)

Is you for some reason choose to not live here, you will find our office just a few minutes from the train station and the chance to get company along the way to work with other IKEA Colleagues is big, we have colleagues that commutes from Kalmar in north to Malmö from south. We also have daily busses that takes us between our offices in Helsingborg and Älmhult.

Even if Älmhult is our main workplace, there is also possibility to work remotely part of the time.

WE BELIEVE FOR THIS ROLE YOU HAVE:
• A proven experience of working with systems and managing large amounts of data.
• A strong interest in HR system development, whether you already have experience in this field or are eager to explore and learn more.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results and providing exceptional service to our customers.
• Good knowledge in Swedish and in English, both verbally and written form.
• Good knowledge in Office365 and good skills in Excel.

You will be part of a collaborative team that maintains daily contact with payroll administrators, systems owners, and the IT department. You have the ability to build strong relationships and appreciate your capacity to work independently and take the lead. Furthermore, you are a self-motivated individual who thrives on solving tasks autonomously, taking responsibility, and embracing change.

ONE DAY WITH US!
You will be responsible to handling the organizational tree in our HR System, for our 10 000 co-workers within Ingka Group Retail, IKEA Sweden.
Your main tasks:
* Daily Contract Handling and Organizational Structure changes.
* Quality assurance of Organizational Data and system access management.
* Close collaboration with HR colleagues in the units in Sweden, as well as other stakeholders.
* Assume responsibility and serving as the go-to specialist for significant organizational changes and the integration of new units.
* Ensure that our processes and routines are well-documented and up to date.

Ingka AB is a company within IKEA that delivers service and competence within HR, Legal, Workplace Operations, Meeting, Finance, then our other IKEA Companies can focus on their core business and together we make a better everyday life for the many people.

Within the HR Service Centre, we are a team of approximately 60 professionals with diverse expertise. Our areas of competence include HR support, pension and insurance, benefits, cars, compensations, health and wellbeing, learning and development, mobility, unions (Unionen/Akademikerna), and HR systems support.

The assignment is a temporary position for 18 months and is located in Älmhult. We are open to applicants that would like to work part time or full time, minimum of 80%.
