Ce que tu vas nous apporter

• You have a minimum of 5 years experience in process development, design experience or business development.
• You have experience in change management, project management or equivalent.
• You have experience working in or with multiple channels e.g. retail, contact center, digital/self-service.
• You have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a matrix organization, either within a global/country set-up or across multiple sites/partners.

Ce que tu feras au quotidien

• Ensure coming and on-going implementations and initiatives are communicated to all relevant stakeholders in the local RCMP in a clear way, securing common expectations and co-worker engagement.
• Drive and execute complex local implementation, including time, cost, scope, risk control, co-worker training, stakeholder management, reporting and follow up, as well as quality of new initiatives securing a smooth implementation process.
• Identify, engage, and lead co-workers with key competences for the specific initiative in order to build a high performing project team.
• Develop guidelines for trainings related to relevant digital tools and securing learning delivery to keep co workers up to date on procedures and new ways of working.
• Ensure close collaboration with all parts of the RCMP, both on group and country in order to capture input on improvements needs.
