Who you are

You are responsible to provide our customers professional whole room design and consultant service, ensure our customers an enjoyable, convenient buying experience.
Your responsibilities will also include the following:
• Stay up to date and knowledgeable about home furnishing, retailing, competitor and trends in order to contribute in workshops to generate creative ideas.
• Actively translate HF knowledge into locally relevant, functional home furnishing solutions that exceed customer expectations and reflect home furnishing the IKEA way.
• Secure high quality, simplicity, efficiency design using global tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with co-workers in trinity and CR for an effective implementation according to the alignment.
• Actively learn whole room design and interior design updated fashion trends and concept, and make full use of this during communication with customers in order to satisfy customer needs and lead customers to buy in.
• Know IKEA purchasing, design and after sales process to serve customer conveniently and have efficient cooperate with trinity.

Your responsibilities

As a part of the HOME PLANNING team you use your extensive knowledge of people’s life at home and your high level of home furnishing competence to present and communicate the IKEA product range through design that make it attractive and relevant to your local market. You also support customer self-choice in their comfort space i.e. homes or offices and solve all the space challenges in new ways.
