We have a fantastic opportunity for part-time Weekend Retail Assistants at our Southampton store. This is a 12-hour a week role and will involve working weekends and ideally one evening shift during the week.

GROUP INTERVIEW DATE: Thursday evening, 05 October 2023.
PLANNED INDUCTION DATE: Wednesday, 18 October 2023.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY

CHECK-OUTS:
• You aim to create a positive experience for our customers so they will want to return and shop with us again over time.
• You ensure that payments are handled in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way.
• You build loyalty by ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
• In this role, there may be opportunities to work in our other areas - such as After Sales.

SALES:
• You actively approach customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their life at home through home furnishings.
• You are always passionate about our product range and home furnishings, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design.
• You support maximising sales by being proud of your areas of responsibility, ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented, and easy to shop.
