Job description
WHO YOU ARE
1.Currently pursuing a Bachelor or master’s degree in data science, statistics, or business related majors is preferred.
2. The ability to construct and express a well-reasoned and logical argument, evidenced by supporting data and with clearly articulated assumptions
3. Have research capabilities, have an enquiring mind, be able to assimilate large volumes of data and information
4. Knowledge of retail industry, data analysis and project management
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal , Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams , Proven logical thinking skills and problem-solving skills
6.Fluent spoken and written English, CET6 is required. Need to adapt to the English working environment;
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Collect related data request from business team and analyze business requirement based on communication with requirement stakeholders.
2.Manage requestors' expectations and validate requirement results.
3.Proactively identifies and manages changes to requirements and identify risks for all the stakeholders.
4.Document requirement, and translate into proper data requirement specifications using effective methods, process and tools
