• Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience and of 1 year in Mobility
• Proven record of developing people and organisations
• Experience from a global matrix organisation and/or participating on global projects .
• Understanding of Mobility rules and ways of working
• Knowledge of administrating and processing information to ensure co-workers get the right net pay at the right time, including accurate tax, social security reporting and input to financial accounting.
• Ability for rapid and flexible working processes under which requirements and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of how to create, implement and follow up on rules and practices that ensure accountability, compliance, fairness and transparency within IKEA.
• Sound knowledge of how to organise, store and maintain records and information across IKEA.
• Knowledge of how to develop and use IKEA standards and manuals to follow rules, comply to standards and provide direction.
• Being passionate about people and having a strong belief in individuals potential

Your responsibilities

To provide expertise and support within the Mobility program with focus on effectively attract and retain key talent in a cost efficient yet inspiration way appreciated by our co-workers and business leaders.

• In cooperation with global and local mobility and the business: implement, maintain and continuously develop mobility policies and processes that are effective, efficient and in line with IKEA Culture and values, market trends, latest developments and best practices.
• Improve and coordinate processes with our global service providers (relocation, insurances, education and partner support).
• Partner with the global mobility team to identify training opportunities.
• Act as single point of contact for the mobility team for mobility policy & process inquiries.
• Responsible for implementing surveys to measure the level of support of global mobility, local mobility and global service providers before, during and after each assignment.
• Continuously implement reporting and analytics (e.g. exceptions, outcome of surveys) to understand the true demand for support, benefits and services from the assignees and the business to improve the co-worker experience, decision making and competence flow.
• Engage and align with key stakeholders within People & Culture, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal and Risk Management.
• Ensure the country is in line with the mandated ways of working to secure quality, consistency and compliance, in the execution of our Mobility policies and processes.
• Act as expert support for unit People & Culture, and for co-workers transferring to the country
