We are looking to welcome a Replenishment Assistant to our fantastic & ever-growing in-store Logistics team here at IKEA Wembley
Expected Starting Date: 19th of September
WHAT WE OFFER
• £11.95 hourly rate
30hrs per week working 5 days over 7 - shifts will be from 4am till 10am. There will be an additional nightshift allowance of £2.25 per hour between the hours of 22.00 till 6am. You will receive every 4th weekend off.
Due to Health & Safety regulations, applicants must be over the age of 18.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
We are looking for proactive and energetic individuals, who are not afraid to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. We are on the lookout for someone who has great communication skills, attention to detail and enables a successful shopping experience for our customers by ensuring that our products are in the right place at the right time.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As part of the logistics team in a store, you will play a key part in the ensuring a smooth customer shopping experience.
• You will be responsible to merchandise the shop floor ready for store opening.
• You will work with our internal systems to ensure that customers have accurate and full stock availability at all times.
• You will ensure a safe working environment for yourself, this is a physical job and you will have a degree of safe heavy lifting.
• We are looking for someone who has good IT skills & a customer service mindset.
