What you'll need to have

• Work experience in a commercial role in retail/customer service in a management role.
• Knowledge of how to implement long-term plans, according to set budgets and goals.
• You are experienced leader who has a passion for leading in a fast changing environment.
• You should be able to get others excited about your plans and inspire them to take action by tapping into their own inner motivation.
• Entrepreneur with the ability to influence other stakeholders across units.
• Good communication skills and presentation abilities in english and slovak/czech needed.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Planning & Order point in Žilina to grow the business sustainably and maximize profitability.
• Create a positive work environment and develop your team to ensure that everyone is competent and motivated. Identify and develop the many talents within the planning studio to secure succession planning.
• Focus on delivering a great customer experience consistently and seamlessly.
• Be an active part in the matrix store management team and at the same time actively work with all relevant functions and stakeholders to secure the information flow towards the planning studio.
• Follow up your financial goals, KPIs and costs, and take action on deviations. Motivate and develop team members by agreeing clear goals, expectations and conducting follow-ups.
• Grow the business sustainably while keeping costs low and ensuring that everything aligns with the company's overall mission and financial strategy
