We are setting up a new function within People & Culture for Inter IKEA -  People & Culture Operations and we are now looking for a People & Culture Specialist - System Solutions.

Job description

Responsibilities for this position include:

·  Act as the connection point (network leader in relevant area) among the stakeholders to capture, analyze, document, communicate and validate business requirements regarding the People & Culture systems
·  Handle requests of stakeholder, prioritizing issues based on severity and customer impact; escalates complex issues
·  Train, educate and develop material to support
·  Support People & Culture technology efforts 
·  Perform analysis on the level of access that users have access to and escalate potential issues to management
·  Identify opportunities for business process improvements and make recommendations as appropriate
·  Ensures the system is set up to support compliance with IKEA policy, contract requirements, and payroll regulations
·  Assists the Payroll Manager in supporting the Workday Payroll and Time Tracking systems
·  Develops and runs more complex queries and reports
·  Performs testing for software upgrades and other pay or timekeeping practice changes
·  Monitor and report on trends of information security and data access issues and make recommendations for corrective actions

 

Qualification

We are looking for someone that has

·  An understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices.
·  Strong knowledge of Workday functionality, including employee data management, reporting, and the ability to pivot as needed to advise the network of Workday trends
·  Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret HR data
·  Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

It would be great if you have experience in 

·  Reporting in Workday
·  Evaluating total rewards statements
·  Organization values and assignments in Workday including reorganizations, companies, locations, cost centers, unions
·  System administrator for setup values across all modules in Workday
·  Quality control of organization assignments, security, and worker data
