WHO YOU ARE

* Fluent spoken and written English, CET6 is required. Need to adapt to the English working environment;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong sense of responsibility, motivation, service mind, and team spirit, enjoy working in multicultural backgrounds
* Be curious and always willing to learn more

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Facilitate workshops including user interview, requirement grooming, user acceptance testing to identify user behavior patterns and underlying problems, also help to ensure smooth product delivery.
2.Assist in tracking and resolving production issues
3.Gather insights on product adoption/improvements
4.Conduct simple user acceptance tests (UATs)
