IKEA Reading are looking for a Warehouse Team manager to run our Customer Fulfillment operation.
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary £28,000
39hr per week working 5 days over 7 with every 2nd weekend off.
Shifts will be be primarily day shifts working between the hours of 8am till 10pm with a min of 1 late shift per week finishing at 10pm.
WHO YOU ARE
You have a strong leadership background as you will be leading 20 to 30 co-workers in our click and collect operation. Experience in a fast paced retailing/customer service background is essential with a strong desire to maximise turnover, create profit and improve our customers’ shopping experience.
You are able to set expectations for others and provide clear direction, motivate and develop a team.
You are hungry for knowledge and want to improve your skills and that of your teams learnings, using this to benefit IKEA and grow personally.
Analytically minded and able to produce data and present/ follow up on the outcome.
Able to create an environment of trust by encouraging open, constructive, honest, two-way feedback with your team and other colleagues across the store.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Responsible for running our fulfilment click and collect team and online customer orders.
Empowering your team of co-workers by delegating responsibility to help each person grow and develop, according to their individual ability and experience.
