What you need to know
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering
• Interest in Logistics & Supply Chain
• An excellent knowledge of Office Suite (mostly Excel)
• Good English communication skills (B2 LEVEL)
• Innovative way of thinking: you have the courage to question existing solutions to find new more efficient ways to act and improve processes
• A goal orientated mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving skills: you have proven analytical skills and the ability to understand and develop different complex scenarios
• Open minded proactive, and motivated approach
• Ability to work in team and to develop good professional relationships
• Ability to communicate with different stakeholders
• Knowledge Sql language is a plus.
What you'll be doing day to day
As a Warehouse System Management Super User, you’ll ensure maintenance and set up of WMS to guarantee efficient workflow in the warehouse. You’ll be responsible of improvement of the WMS to support logistics operations.
• Implement our system enhancements to increase efficiency, decrease operational costs, increase quality, smooth operational processes
• Coordinate the development of the WMS application and, if necessary, associate others working methods to fulfill the business needs and user satisfaction
• Implement and track all relevant KPIs to improve way of working and processes
• Support warehouse operations to analyze efficiency and availability and take actions to improve these, if possible
• Responsible for providing WMS end users with actual training, training materials and/or resources, so they are able to use the system in a confident and competence way
• Receive and follow up on Incidents and daily support requests from end users
• Drive WMS testing, additions and release to secure the system is up to date
• Contact and coordinate with IT Helpdesk for additional support.
