What you'll be doing day to day
• Lead country agenda in the field of Service offer (measurement, planning, financing, delivery, assembly and etc).
• Share information about the local market, customer needs, and trends with the Regional Service Experience team to help them create a complete service package, from planning and selling to designing and financing.
• Make sure that services are implemented correctly in different customer meeting points.
• Work closely with customer insights, sales, and customer journey teams to focus on meeting customer needs when developing services.
• Ensure that customers easily understand and can access our full range of services in physical locations like stores and collection points.
• Monitor and improve the way we communicate and provide services, in line with the guidance of the Country Service Experience leader.
• Help achieve our service sales targets by giving input on local market trends, tracking service sales, and managing the profitability of services in collaboration with other teams.
• Train local teams on our services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Take the lead on promoting our services within the commercial team in the market, making sure they are well-integrated into our overall offerings.
• Develop, maintain, and update the Terms and Conditions for our services in the market.
• Lead the process of introducing new services or updating existing ones in the market, working with peers in the unit.
