Job description
Leadership : lead and motivate the safety and security, facilities and IT teams.
Safety and Security : Leading the Safety and Security teams to ensure that the rules, regulation and guidelines from the IKEA Group Risk Manual and local legislations are implemented and monitored in order.
Facilities Management : Leading the Facilities teams to secure store in shape as new. Maintain a short-mid-long-term plan to organise preventive maintenance and repairs, installations or improvements.
IT Management : Leading the IT teams to ensure high availability, stability, and security of IT system.
Sustainability : Lead teams across the stores to manage the facility operations, energy consumption, waste management, recycling rate and maintenance of the facilities infrastructure and buildings, with the aim of being operationally efficient and reducing our carbon footprint.
Budgeting and cost control : o versee budget for operating cost and review CAPEX/ OPEX expenditures across the stores.
Performance Management : Review monthly performance metrices and provide solutions to drive operational excellence. Implement and ensure systematic KPI requirements are measured, reported, analysed and actioned appropriately.
Checks & Audit : Partnering with the regional Compliance Manager, perform internal checks and audits to ensure that we operate in accordance with internal steering documents, regulatory and business requirements imposed by Inter-IKEA System.
Relationship Management : Maintain proactive liaison with all associated internal and external partners, vendors and stakeholders. Work with Store Safety Manager to establish and maintain contacts with governmental and non-governmental organisations within the scope of safety and security.

· Proven experience in working with sustainability and the environment from a facility management perspective
· Good knowledge of the IKEA strategic landscape and business direction
· In depth knowledge of the IKEA business processes, tools and cycle
