Expected Starting Date: 2nd September 2023

• £10.90 basic hourly rate - we are a Living Wage Foundation Employer.
• We offer permanent contracts, advanced scheduling

• 18 hours per week, 3 days over 7 including 3 out of 4 weekends and late evenings.
• 24 hours per week, 4 days over 7 including 3 out of 4 weekends and late evenings.
• 30 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including 3 out of 4 weekends and late evenings.

We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, we provide options for working evenings & weekends along with dayshifts, weekend working is a requirement of the role, and we will need to be flexible with your shifts which will be discussed at interview. You will receive every 4th weekend off. Hours of Operation Mon-Sat 7am- 10pm Sun 7am - 6pm.

Final offers of employment are contingent upon clear results in mandatory background checks. Backgrounds checks must be completed by all successful candidates and will include medical history.

You are down to earth, you lead by example & take responsibility & inspire both the customer & other co-workers. The customer is always in focus, you strive to make them smile, taking time to seek and listen to feedback.

This is an extremely fast paced working environment and requires you to multitask, producing and serving food with regular heavy lifting.

Prior experience in food is desirable, but not essential if you have a roll up your sleeve mindset to the various tasks & challenges that present themselves.

• Kitchen - food prep, cooking and serving, Dish and Bistro
• Restaurant & Swedish Food Market/Bistro - floor, tills and dish wash, and the Swedish Food Market where you will replenish stock, operate a till and engage with customers
