Maintain and develop the knowledge management platform, and methods in all GBO Hubs and all GBO functions. Responsible for managing the knowledge base across all GBO functions and provide co-workers with the knowledge, tools, and skills that they need to optimize their performance at work.
We Believe you have:
• Self-motivated with very strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Stakeholder-attentive and result-driven leadership skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Business-savvy project management skills (Agile, Scrum, Jira, Canban, etc.) good to have
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience (preferred) in knowledge management, organizational learning, international development, international affairs, or a relevant advanced degree
• Proven strong interpersonal skills
• Strong Information management skills and structuring skills for knowledge repository
• Proven skills in developing people and provide support, coaching, training, and direction to others in Knowledge sharing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in multicultural and multinational organisations
• Proven experience in leading and identifying process improvements, preferably in a shared services organisation
You do also have:
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Knowledge Management module
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Site ownership:
• previous working experience in gathering KM requirements from business stakeholders across entire organization and translating them into User Stories for digital stakeholders with subsequent usability testing
• previous experience in building and maintaining Knowledge Articles
• Ability to create energy and effectively communicate around the Knowledge management agenda.
• Ability to be flexible to the need of the organisation, creative, innovative and enterprising when seeking solutions to business needs.
• Strong influencing and communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
• Developing people: Ability to inspire individuals and teams to accomplish organisational goals; motivate people to perform and grow by providing feedback, coaching, training and career direction
• Multitasker - ability to prioritise the own and the work of others, set expectations and provide clear directions
• Ability to generate, drive and implement an agenda in a complex multinational environment

A day in your life with us
• Identify and curate GBO knowledge management initiatives and platforms
• Engage partners and learning champions – work with program managers, project partners, group functions, country SME, P&C Centres of Expertise and transformation teams to expand GBO learning activities
• collaborating with external partners, while contributing towards content development and management
• Support in identifying the best practices & knowledge that has been created within GBO HUBs and connect this knowledge to the right processes and operations to secure knowledge can be transformed into organizational capabilities and competences
• Secure that the direction for integration of knowledge and related competences in various functions, is in place and continuously assessed
• Define and govern knowledge library in GBO to enable accurate knowledge transfer and documentation
• Work in partnership with GBO functions to capture functional knowledge and enable effective backup structure within the teams.
Together as a team
GBO is a key partner for Group functions, Businesses and functions to transform and operate new ways of working. The GBO will partner with Group functions to set up Value added services and Centres of Expertise with GBO. The GBO will be key partner for Digital, Finance, Procurement and People and Culture, with potential to expand scope over time. The function will simplify, modernize and automate customer and business transactions, procurement operations and financial reporting, increase value added services, implement best practice standard ways of working while. meeting local regulatory needs, and invest in competence development.
