'- You are passionate, curious and you have a good knowledge of home furnishings.
- You have solid leadership experience and are a true team player, enabling you to solve problems and make decisions in a challenging and ever-changing retail environment.
- You challenge both your team and yourself to exceed our customers' expectations and always seek new and better ways of working.
- You protect the relevant, attractive and strong character of the IKEA brand by tapping into your creativity, graphic skills and sense of aesthetics.
- You have a degree in visual merchandising and/or experience in the industry. You can work with the general computer programs specific to your position, such as AutoCAD 2D and 3D.

A day in your life with us

'- You translate the store's business plan into specific action plans for your department.
- You devise interior solutions that enhance life at home and you put the customer at the center of everything you do.
- You recruit, develop, inspire, engage and lead your team in achieving goals, with an eye toward long-term growth and profitability.
- You differentiate us from the competition by highlighting the uniqueness of the IKEA assortment.
- . You use the store floor plan as a commercial tool to implement commercial strategies and plans. With this you create a good overview and a strong visual impact.
