IKEA Ltd is the leading Home Furnishing Retailer in the UK and IE. Supporting IKEA's growth agenda is the Distribution Centre business. As such it is vital that the Distribution Centre is timely and efficient in fulfilling both the operation and store services needs.
The Administrator should embrace the IKEA values and be an ambassador of the IKEA culture in all that they do putting the customer first, thus contributing to being the leader in life at home.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT
To secure the smooth and timely running of key administrative duties and reconciliations and of information supporting both the operation and store services.
Your tasks will include:
· Management of Global and site KPI's (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) measurement and JMR pack
· Service stores via email traffic within specific guidelines
· Support all areas on site with internal queries
· Support rebuilds for stores and DC
· Cancel orders and key where necessary
· Purchase order and invoice management
· ISAG requests and manual pick arrangements and relevant updates/12mth reconciliations
· Liaise with consumable suppliers and the operation to manage stockholding requirements effectively at lowest possible cost
· Support the Office Administrator when required
· Ad hoc administration tasks as required

· Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within time constraints
· Good Excel knowledge
· Self-motivating and innovative with a natural drive to search for relevant business information
· Be cost conscious and have an efficient and logical approach to work

· Highly driven to meet requested deadlines

Additional Information :
Permanent, full time (40 hours per week) over any 5 days of 7.
