ABOUT THE JOB
Supporting the store in key financial areas, securing better financial control and compliance, with a high focus on commercial priorities. Providing finance and administrative support, reconciliation, and high accuracy level of reporting. Steering the business towards sustained long term profitability by being driven by the IKEA business idea, culture and values.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include
·  Review Sales figures for Store and IFB ready for communication to the organization Provide regular updates to store management on the store financial position, review with the commercial team for gaps identified, and discuss improvement measures.
·  Thorough understanding on the different GM lines, review and confirming accuracy in reporting, working towards achieving a healthy GM level.
·  Coordinate on common store purchases; order and maintain general office supplies, and overall store administration and control.
·  Support the store in Monitoring Rules and Guidelines as part of store operating process.
·  Centrally consolidate and act as the contact point between store and SO Finance for all invoicing matters. Responsible for invoice management and ensure accurate expense coding in each cost line by verifying and providing timely and accurate information.
·  Review and coordinate the cash reconciliation of the store.
·  Access to the Chart of Accounts function in Navision to monitor consistency of sales and expenses postings and accounts reconciliation.
·  Monitor and ensure store expenses are in line with budget goals and to highlight deviations and potentials by close communication with business areas.
·  Evaluate supplier quotations and cost review comparisons, and perform periodic review on contract management.
·  Highlight irregular spending, identify and implement improvement measures.
·  Coordinate on store Just Login user creation, deactivation for resigned co-workers, and purchase requisition controls.
·  Play a key stakeholder in the month end process, ensuring the completeness of all financial follow-ups for the store. YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
·  3-5 years' experience in relevant Accounting and finance experience.
·  Keen interest in retailing / home-furnishing business.
·  Understand profit and loss, balance sheet and how to affect its results through actions.
·  Sound business knowledge with a commercial mind.
·  Disciplined, honest, and good attention to detail.
