As a Concierge you will work as a member of the Concierge/Guest Services Team it is your job to ensure that great memories are created for all our guests during their whole stay, as guests will be spending their time in and around the hotel.

We are looking for a passionate Concierge to accommodate guests requests and deliver an exceptional level of service, provide information to our guests and deliver a personalised experience,

We are looking for a concierge with lots of Passion, Energy and Warmth .

Ideally you will have previous front office experience in a luxurious 4/5 star environment, Excellent Communication skills and a positive and friendly personality. Our Ideal Candidate will hold a clean UK Driving Licence, and more importantly be able to build rapport with our guests.
