Your day to day
Responsible for the preventive maintenance of guest rooms, grounds and external facilities within the 2 hotels' premises; Hotel Indigo and Holiday Inn Express Singapore Katong.Preventive maintenance includes:• Carpentry: Repair of hinges, minor wood works, tabletops and wooden flooring• Painting: Wall painting, wood varnishing and Parquet floor varnishing.• Plumbing works: Replacing of Water taps, bottle traps, shower heads/bidets.• Wallpaper: Replace and repair of wallpaper• Grouting: Replacing of silicon and cement grout
What we need from you
Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in similar capacity
