Our Spa receptionist team are our first point of contact for our guests; you would be responsible for greeting our guests in a warm friendly manner, offering excellent customer service, dealing with all requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner, whether face to face or over the telephone and taking beauty booking bookings for our therapists.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous customer care experience in a similar role, a positive attitude with excellent communication skills,

A flexible approach to working hours will be required as this role will involve you working shifts, early and late shifts on a rotational basis including weekends.
