Your day to day
Right now, we're looking for an experienced Security Manager to lead the Security team. You will be reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring the processes and procedures are in place and followed regularly to create a safe environment for the guests and colleagues. You will manage the access controls for the hotel and manage the CCTV systems compliant with the UAE Laws and hotel safety standards. You will be the leader in the Risk Management, and educate the colleagues in the safety requirements. You will perform daily inspections in the property and manage the patrolling of all areas of the hotel. You will manage the Security procedures like Lost & Found, Key Control, Emergency Procedures, Health & Safety Hazard Procedures, etc. You will complete the investigations and Incident Reporting in compliance with the legal requirements.
What we need from you
A minimum of graduation and knowledge of Arabic will be considered an additional qualification. A minimum of 3 years’ Supervisory/ Managerial experience in Security department within a hotel- All round Technical knowledge of Security systems, FLS system, etc- Preferable to have UAE experience, and hands-on experience of working with SIRA, and other legal entities.
