An exciting opportunity has arisen to join InterContinental Budapest. We are seeking a Sales Intern to join our fun and dynamic sales team. If you are passionate about hospitality, then we want to hear from you!

The sales colleagues are responsible for corporate bookings, events organization and they are actively maintaining the relationships with clients as well as trying to gain new partners. The purpose of the team is that all the guests receive our special offers and discounts, therefore we increase the hotel’s revenue and customer loyalty.

Main responsibilities:

·  Participate in clients events
·  Participate in rooms booking
·  Respond to email enquiries and provide guests with information about the hotel
·  Keeping in touch with clients and partners
·  Making smaller offers and creating information packages for clients
·  Making statistics and administering all data in our database
·  Preparation on contracts for upcoming events and groups
·  Knowledge of the hotel and event space

The ideal candidate:

·  BSc or MSc studies in progress (Business /Sales /Hospitality fields)
·  Outstanding written and oral skills in English and Hungarian
·  Great communication skills
·  Enthusiastic and driven attitude
·  Team player, responsible
·  Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
