Your day to day

A pivotal role in making the space not just a store but a destination, not just products but mementos of memories made. An experienced customer service professional with a strong background in retail, this role will allow you the scope to sell, across a range of products and services to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
What we need from you
As the ideal candidate you will have ongoing experience within the retail industry and cafes, with 1-2 years experience. A passion for creating personalised experiences will be a given, exposure to a hotel or resort environment will be a plus. Flexibility to work a varied roster including, late evenings, weekends and public holidays in order to support the operation alongside holding Australian work rights is also a must.
