Oxford Spires Hotel are looking for Reservations Agent to join our Family.

Reservations Agent’s receive some great IHG perks including:

Join us as our Reservations Agent, at the flourishing heart of Oxford Spires Hotel, As a Reservations Agent you will be first points of contact for our guests via phone or email.

We expect our Reservations Agents to be brand ambassadors for the hotel and create that human touch with both our internal and external guests.

We are looking for a Reservations Agent with Passion, Energy and Warmth.

Our Reservations Agents should be passionate, positive and calm. We are looking for an experienced Reservations Agent with an approachable manner, who will ideally have experience of Opera, but most importantly has worked in a call centre/ reservations environment.
