Your day to day

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

 

*This position will be scheduled to work rotating shifts (mornings/afternoon/nights)

and is subject to change based on hotel needs.

What we need from you

Qualifications: 

21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license 

Minimum  1 year of Customer service experience

You will be subject to a  background check before being allowed to enter the installation unescorted

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and Holidays
