Your day to day
As a Night Auditor, you'll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience during the overnight shift (11pm - 7.30am), you'll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home. You will assist with all aspects of Guest Services, including check-ins and check-outs, luggage and valet service as well as being responsible for auditing & balancing our Hotel's accounts each night such as verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, reconciling and balancing charges/revenue.
What we need from you
This role is ideal for someone whose lifestyle fits the working night schedule, enjoys working with numbers, and who wants to continue to consolidate their leadership and technical capability within a supportive environment. You'll have:
· Strong numerical and analytical skills
· A flair for providing an outstanding guest experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Hotel experience is beneficial
· A current drivers licence
· The legal right to work in New Zealand
