Your day to day
Under the direction of the Area Director of Finance, the Manager of Finance & Business support, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of hotel financial information, in keeping with the IHG accounting manual for full service hotels. You'll also uphold IHG standards for internal controls and support and champion a constant drive for continued improvement in financial performance whilst maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and employee engagement. On the daily you'll be interacting with key stakeholders and department leaders to actively develop their financial acumen whilst leading and developing your finance team.
What we need from you
- Minimum 2 years experience as Assistant Manager of Finance/Manager of Finance- Hotel industry experience preferred- Demonstrated experience leading and developing people- Qualifications in Commerce, Accounting or Business preferred- An eye for detail and strong communication skills- Ability to work engage with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities
