About us
Join us as a M&E Technician in Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. We are looking for someone who can ensure that routine maintenance is performed in order for the Hotels equipment to be operated with maximum efficiency to achieve customer and guest satisfaction.
Your day to day
Description:Record daily service work, including maintaining individual replacement costs along with time/task labour hours costPerform all routine preventative maintenance and curative maintenanceOrder and monitor fuels, lubricants and repair partsMaintain clean and tidy plant roomsAttend to all types of repair and maintenance work in the Hotel premises, including any new additions / extensions to the Hotel or any other properties maintained by the HotelAssist with the implementation of the hotel’s preventative maintenance system and repair log systemParticipate in instructing colleagues on the proper operation, safety procedures and cleaning of all equipmentConduct and/or participate in staff meeting regarding proper operating and maintenance practices of equipmentRepair and maintain guest room facilities, light facilities, furniture and equipmentPrioritize work in line with guest requests and managementPerform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Chief Engineer or Assistant Engineer.
What we need from you
Requirements:Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience with related NITEC certificatesAble to work independently and meet deadlines.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in MS office application.
