Your day to day
Due to Travel and Visa restrictions in Qatar, we are considering only locally available candidates in Qatar with NOC with prior experience as a Lifeguard. In this role, you will maintain responsibility for the cleanliness of the swimming pool (Vacuuming and Scrubbing) and immediate surroundings, responsible for cleanliness garden areas (planters base). Maintain pool cleaning equipment is in good condition, reporting problems to maintenance when needed. Maintain current First Aid and CPR qualifications. You will also have detailed knowledge of the hotel’s emergency response procedures.Maintaining your uniform in a clean and tidy manner, ensuring grooming matches hotel policy. Also, using appropriate rescue techniques if observing swimmers in need of assistance. Observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions, unusual or unsafe activities, and swimmers who are struggling. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility. Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager.
What we need from you
Due to Travel and Visa restrictions in Qatar, we are considering only locally available candidates in Qatar with NOC. Ideally, you will have some or all of the following qualifications and experience we're looking for: Minimum of 2 years working experience in an international 5* hotel or similar establishment, CPR certification and Current certification as Lifeguard from a recognized source. Ability to work a flexible schedule and to work outdoors and in different weather conditions. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
