Because, for this vital role, were looking for someone who can:- Greet Korean guests and other guests when needed upon arrival - Plan and co-ordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to Korean guests and other guests when needed    - Schedule, c o-ordinate and supervise all activities for Korean guests and other guests when needed    Plan and co-ordinate all promotional activities targeting clients- Trace relevant statistics about clientele- Assist with check-ins/check-outs of Korean guests and other guests when needed- Room Korean guests and other guests when needed- Cover guest relations desk- Assist Korean guests and other guests when needed with airline bookings and reconfirmations- Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests    - Attend recreational activities when necessary    - Plan and conduct group and function rundown meetings    - Assist in any other duties when required by the Guest Relations Manager    - Assist with translations (information; guest directory; menus etc) as required    - Provide feedback from Guests to Front Office Manager for actions In return for your hard work, you can look forward to a highly competitive salary and benefits package. Qualifications: Required Skills - Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. - Able to read and write English - Able to read, write and speak Korean - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
