Your day to day

Join us as a Casual Kitchen Steward in InterContinental Adelaide. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills.

·  Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene as per HACCP standard.
·  Provide clean operational service equipment to the food and beverage department in compliance with standard operating procedures and Health & Safety and hygiene regulations.
·  Your days will be varied but primarily involve general cleaning duties.
What we need from you

·  You'll be an organised and highly efficient team member that takes pride in their work.
·  Flexibility - you will have the flexibility to work over a 7 day roster and enjoy being part of a very busy hotel kitchen operation.
·  Experience - ideally you'll have previous experience in a kitchen and stewarding environment and take a real sense of pride in your ability to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen.
·  Fluency in English – you must be able to converse fluently with the colleagues
