Your day to day

You will experience:

·  Managing a cross-departmental project.

What we need from you

Who are we looking for?We’re looking for high potential, ambitious, talented individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and want to fast track their career. He/ She should:-

·  Possess a degree in hospitality preferably from an IHG Academy partner Or
·  Possess a hospitality degree with 6 months supervisory experience or
·  Have three (03) years hotel experience including a minimum of 12 months in a supervisory role.
·  Demonstrate leadership qualities.
·  Be fluent in English.
·  Be flexibility to relocate within SWA.
·  Have a drive to accelerate his/her career in hotel operations

The IHG South West Asia's I Grad Program is an opportunity to fast track your career in 18 months and be the next generation of future leaders within IHG.The programme offers focused development across Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage Service.
