About us

Join us as a Guest Service Supervisor in Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium . We are looking for someone who is responsible for the operational efficiency of all front office areas during shift and the service delivery of those areas.

Your day to day

·  Works with superior in the preparation and management of the department’s budget and is aware of financial targets
·  Recycles where-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures to staff
·  Supervise cashiering activities during shift including:
·  Cash handling and banking procedure
·  Dealing with irregular payments
·  Instructing staff in credit policies and facilities
·  Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures and maintains a record of progress for each staff member
·  Coach, counsel and discipline staff in breach of hotel policies and departmental procedures, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
·  Supervise front office operations during assigned shift including:
·  Maintenance of guest information & local events
·  Compile occupancy statistics
·  Supervise the use of public address system & group bookings
·  Assisting with serious complaints
What we need from you

·  GCE ‘O’ Level with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in guest service/ hotel experience.
·  Preferably in a supervisory capacity for at least 2 years.
