日常業務内容
Deliver a memorable experience to guests with a swift and personal service – not forgetting to recognise and record guest preferences./To give our guests the information on hotel floor map, facilities and equipment, restaurants and so on, neighborhood facilities, tourist areas and so on./ Resolve guest issues and use their feedback to improve guest satisfaction.

(Expectation) ・ To put emphasis on treatment of customers and respond sincerely and quickly to the customers.・ To be able to develop a trusting relationship with customers for a long term. ・ To be interested in the jobs for guests from abroad. ・ To be able to address any matters with leadership and a positive attitude.(Skills and experience)・ English communication skills ( intermediate or higher) ・ The work experience as a Guest Service or related discipline of (1 year or longer ) preferable•. ・ Japanese communication skills ( intermediate or higher)
