Your day to day

We are currently looking for a General Manager to lead the team at InterContinental Bora Bora Resort and Thalasso Spa.

You will have previous resort experience as a General Manager and be passionate about sustainability and surrounding ecology and communities as well as delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.

As General Manager you’ll provide day-to-day leadership and direction by maximizing financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executing on brand standards and building awareness of hotel and brand in the local community.

What we need from you

To be successful in this position you’ll need to be a luxury hotelier, a confident and authentic leader with demonstrated results in both commercial and team leadership. Resort management experience would be a significant benefit.

Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent preferred, along with at least 2 years of experience as a General Manager. Fluency in French and English is essentila and have demonstrated ability to lead and communicate across cultures.
