Your day to day
Supervised on-the-job training program which typically involves the Trainee focusing his/her time on one particular area/department to learn all aspects of operating and managing that area of operation. In some cases, the Trainee may rotate through a variety of jobs in different departments depending on his/her career goals and the hotel’s business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS
· The training program must be closely related to the Trainee’s major area of study and/or career objectives.
· The training experience is designed to provide practical experiences in a professional work environment and prepare the individual for a management position.
· It is anticipated that the training program will provide breadth of experience for the trainee.
What we need from you
College student or graduate seeking career in hospitality.
This job requires ability to perform the following:
· Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds
· Frequently standing and moving about the facility
· Handling objects
Other:
· Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others
· Reading and writing abilities are utilized often.
· Basic math skills are used frequently.
· May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
