Your day to day
Basilico's Operations Manager oversees all facets of the restaurant. The Manager must maintain and control a high level of guest service. This is achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated through the restaurant's staff.
What we need from you
The Operations Manager is also responsible for the hiring, training, supervising and disciplining of staff. We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines, good written and spoken proficiency of the Italian language, excellent guest service, cost control, labour control, menu writing, merchandising and accounting.
You have two to three years of experience in a similar management position and carry a degree qualification.
