At Bute & Co Coffee House connected to Hotel Indigo Cardiff, we are looking for exceptional people to provide outstanding service to our guests and who put our people at the heart of everything we do.

Cardiff City Centre - a celebratory city, which is a bustling, lively and an energetic place to live and work. Many people flock here for short, weekend breaks to experience the excellent shopping, vast sporting and entertainment options and great night life.

This Hotel Indigo, 4-star boutique hotel has emerged from a beautifully refurbished building in the heart of Cardiff city centre in November 2017, with 122 bedrooms it appeals to savvy, individualist guests whether they are a corporate, leisure or transient.

The Bute & Co Coffee shop is a brand-new venture by the Hotel which is due to open this Summer. Bute & Co will have a hint of Hotel Indigo’s quirky vibe, whilst operating with a green, eco-friendly ethos, to create a new coffee shop experience. We will provide food and beverage offerings to compliment the stunning location, unique and authentic design whilst positioned in a convenient spot for hotel guests, shoppers and local offices.

The Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking to recruit exceptional Coffee Shop Supervisors . As our talented Coffee Shop Supervisor you will be under the general guidance of the Coffee Shop Manager, and will assist with all duties connected to Coffee shop service, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience within Bute & Co , with the passion to be the best in the City.
