Your day to day

The Food & Beverage Team Leader may supervise the overall operations of all team members during rostered shifts with a particular focus on guest engagement within the restaurant, room service, and Crowne Meetings.  Along with the Food & Beverage Duty Manager & Food & Beverage Supervisor, they are responsible for ensuring a superior branded guest experience and compliance with quality and operational standards. Great restaurant memories come from many places. The sights, sounds, scents and, importantly, service. You’ll also welcome our guests, recommend food and drink and help keep service on-track and up to standard. By tailoring each guest’s experience to their unique tastes, you’ll create memories as delightful as the dishes.

 

What we need from you

·  Ability to train and relay information to the team
·  Great communication skills
·  Great attention to detail
·  A flexible attitude to meet the needs of both the Conference & Food & Beverage departments
·  Hotel & hospitality experience is recommended – Banquets is beneficial
·  Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management would be beneficial
