About us
Join us as a F&B Waiter in Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. You will be responsible to deliver exceptional customer focused service through adherence to InterContinental Hotels Group Policies and procedures.
Your day to day
Description:Recycles where-ever possible and enforces cost savingmeasures to staff• Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guestcomments and other relevant information • Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetingsas scheduled• Prepares for service by ensuring:Grooming is impeccable Outlet equipment is clean, equipment is sorted and storedGlassware, Flatware is polished.Tables are set, Reservations are read and familiarizedOutlet is ready for service and guest comfortFood orders are taken quicklyPayment methods are handled accurately Working areas are cleaned and re-set quicklyTake appropriate action to resolve guest complaints Food and beverage stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures
What we need from you
High School or Vocational Certificate in HotelManagement, Food & Beverage, or related field, with 1year of related experience or an equivalent combinationof education and experience. Obtained alcohol awareness certification and/or foodservice permit or valid health/food handler card asrequired by local government agency. Demonstrated ability to interact with customers,employees and third parties that reflects highly on thehotel, the brand and the Company.
